I tried to register my cell number in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and it did not recognize it. Maybe the app is not up to date with the changes in the cell numbers in Rio, which added an extra 9 ahead of the cell number. Bad app.

Worse - when I tried the link for the support page of the developer I got error 404.
